Route Mescalito on El Capitan, Yosemite
Thomas Ulrich filmed big wall climbing of the Route Mescalito on El Capitan (producer and camera). The film won a prize from the Italian Olympic committee at the Trento Mountain and Adventure Film Festival and was in the finals at the Banff Mountain Film Festival in Canada.

Eiger North Face Retro Asccent
On August 17th and 18th, a rope party of two scaled the North Face with hobnailed boots and hemp ropes. They climbed the famous route on the face first ascended in 1938. A film team on behalf of Swiss television SF DRS and the German/French channel arte documented the climb. Read more...
